Each system includes

System Monitoring - At the press of the waterproof button our
system goes into action, day or night, 24/7, contacting our helpful
monitoring center operators and turning into a two way speaker as well.

Programming, System Activation and Enrollment - Includes setting up your profile (also
known as rescue plan) with both emergency and non-emergency contact information and
programming the unit to your specific profile (address/phone...). We then work with the monitoring
center to assure that all information is accurate and your unit is 'programmed' to your residence. If the
client relocates, the unit can be transferred to new address, just notify us to provide the transfer of
service locations.                                       Included in Installation Fee

Delivery, Installation and Testing - We deliver the system and install the console to provide
for maximum coverage, testing the unit several times. We spend time with the subscriber to test the
system so they will be comfortable in using it when the need arises. This process usually takes about
one hour.  We can usually install in 24 to 48 hours from the time of order placement.

Lockbox - This is an option that we highly recommend to provide fast access
to emergency medical personnel without having them 'break in' to render
assistance. We provide the code to EMS only. The cost is for usage for the
duration of your services with ResponseLINK.                  $25 one time fee

Medication Reminders/Wellness checks - We also provide Medication Reminders FREE
and/or Live Operator Daily Wellness Check-In services $10 per month. Please contact us for  
information on these features.

Range Extender- Utilized for especially large homes, usually over 3000 sq.ft.  Range Extenders
act as a satellite to increase the range of the pendant. One time fee upon installation $50.00.

Voice Extender-  Expands the ability to speak with an emergency
operator to any room of your home. Ideal for multi-level homes, large
ranch styles home or where ever the subscriber may have trouble hearing
in normal circumstances. Only $10 per month with $20 installation fee.

Contract Agreement - No worries about locking family or your loved ones into a long term contract - We have a 90-day
minimum, with quarterly billing cycles. After 90 days, your contract is monthly.  $2 processing fee applies for manual (mailed)
invoices, service fees do not apply to draft or credit card billing.

Medication Dispenser Service - Increase compliance on medications with user friendly
device, you may purchase or rent the device from our office in both unmonitored or monitored
formats.  With the monitored format, if the subscriber does not open the medication compartment at
the designiated time, our friend operator voice will come through the base unit speaker and remind
them to take their medications.
